Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ME) has been started in the year 2013 with an initial intake of 60 students which has increased to 120 students from year 2014. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a 3 years Diploma certificate program. The academic program is divided into 6 semesters, with each semester lasting for a period of 6 months. This course can be pursued by students who have passed 10th board examination. Diploma students have been taught by well qualified and experienced faculties. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering course trains students in areas such as- Fluid Mechanics, Material Science, Thermodynamics, Automobile Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Engineering Drawing, etc. with an emphasis on practical learning.Diversified job opportunities are available in front of Diploma holders as government and private sector offers many job opportunities to Mechanical Engineers.
